Nultriz Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using Nultriz, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be old enough under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Nultriz is a food and nutrition tracking service that helps users log meals, track weight and water, save foods and recipes, and use AI-assisted food-image analysis.

Nutrition values, search results and AI analyses shown in Nultriz are estimates. Real foods vary and image analysis is not exact. You are responsible for reviewing values before relying on them.

Nultriz is not a doctor, dietitian or medical provider. The service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical or dietary decisions.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Nultriz, including food images. You grant Nultriz the limited rights needed to store, process and display that content in order to operate the service for you, including sending images to AI service providers for analysis.

You agree not to:

• Misuse or disrupt the service or attempt to access it unlawfully
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful
• Attempt to reverse engineer or resell the service
• Use the service to harass or harm others

Nultriz offers a Free plan and a Premium plan. Plan features and limits — including AI scan quotas — are described in the app and on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method.

Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not automatically issued merely because an account is deleted.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required for security, legal or operational reasons.

You may delete your account at any time through the in-app flow described on our Delete Account page.

Nultriz, including its interface, branding and software, is owned by its creator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to Nultriz's trademarks or branding.

Nultriz relies on third-party services (including Supabase, Stripe, AI providers and food-data sources such as the USDA). Their own terms and privacy policies also apply where relevant.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nultriz and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence may still apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Nultriz after changes means you accept the updated terms.
