Delete Your Nultriz Account
You can permanently delete your Nultriz account from your Profile settings. This page explains what deletion removes and how to do it.
What deletion removes
- Your profile, preferences and nutrition targets
- Meals, meal details and meal images
- Saved foods, recent foods and user-created foods
- Recipes and recipe ingredients
- Weight entries and water logs
- AI scan usage records
- Your Nultriz subscription-access record
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Subscriptions and refunds
If you have an active Nultriz Premium subscription, it will be cancelled immediately when you delete your account so no future renewal is charged. Refunds are not automatically issued. Payment processors may retain transaction records where legally required.
Owner and administrator accounts
Owner and administrator accounts are managed separately and cannot be deleted through the normal user flow.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to Nultriz
- Open Profile
- Open Account Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm permanent deletion
